2. Services
NordVibe provides AI-assisted software development, automation consulting, and related digital services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created during a project will transfer to the client upon full payment. NordVibe retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the applicable agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NordVibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the applicable agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
